Has a structured padded bottom to so the bag has form, not very slouchy. The perfect size bag in my opinion. **Excellent condition but please note this could benefit from a cleaning. minor wear on the handles. Has signature metal Coach tag on the handle and leather Coach stamp on the interior. 17 inches long and 12 inches tall
