This garage floor/industrial floor coating protects against various chemicals, oil, road salt, and dirt. Mechanical strength is primarily determined by the subsurface's resistance. To avoid damaging the sealing film under higher mechanical stress, it's always recommended to apply two coats due to the thin layer.
